Stephen A. Chesney joined the firm in October of 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Chesney ran his own practice. He also completed the apprenticeship program of the Heat and Frost Insulators Local Union #2. He worked as a journeyman insulator in the construction industry for over 25 years where he supervised a number of significant projects. As a member of Local Union #2, he served numerous terms on the executive board where he actively participated in contract negotiations. Mr. Chesney served nine years as a trustee for the Heat and Frost Insulators Local Union #2’s Pension and Annuity Funds and five years as the co-chairman of the board of trustees. Active in the community, Mr. Chesney served as a member on Duquesne University’s Alumni Board of Governors and on the Dean’s Advisory Board for Duquesne University’s former School of Leadership and Professional Advancement. Mr. Chesney received his Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies with a concentration in Professional Communications and Information Technology, cum laude, from Duquesne University in 2009. In 2013, he received his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
