Richard F. Start

Richard F. Start graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1978. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Duquesne University School of Law in 1981, and has been associated with and a partner of this law firm since his graduation from law school. Mr. Start has tried and settled cases worth millions of dollars as well as won many verdicts in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny and Beaver County and in the Federal District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He has also argued cases in front of the Appellate Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Furthermore, he serves as the solicitor of numerous Boroughs, Townships, Cities, School Districts, and a local College.
